That is inclusion of head butt. There is more usage of palm.

And match is by draw or win by KO/opponent surrendered. No score system.
Like Muaythai, different Lethwei gym has different style or strategies of fighting.
Saying Lethwei same as Muaythai is just as insulting as saying kick boxing is Muaythai, or TDK is karate.
