It did Greg, - talking to you and Pete on that thread and discussing jiujitsu ideas was all part of the mix that kept me going at white belt.

No - we don't do that.

I've spent the week rolling with two 4th degree black belts and getting smashed repeatedly though - so that was a kind of a gauntlet :)

Good to hear!

I know I got a lot out of RSF too when I was rolling a lot.

Interesting how there is always something new or different in BJJ as it grows and evolves. Of course some of those "new things" are probably just old things which someone finally figured out how to teach. LOL!
