If the movement is just a slanted BKTS, why the metaphor?
Explaining it by saying it had a full tummy is like saying it was satiated. After a meal, tigers lie down to sleep.

bao4 vs. bao3
Does it look like a tiger starts to move it's 3 legs after eating from a static posture?

Steve James wrote:Well, it's not the wrong name, depending on the intended application -which can be 'embrace' or 'carry.'
Are you going to bring that tiger back to it's cave? For what reason?

Bao wrote:Yeah, lift his leg a bit more and press down his head more and you definitely make his head go first and hard into the ground. That is what I said – smash his skull.
You even argue with me and say I misunderstand when I agree. Jeez...
But thank you for the clip. Actually I feel very moved, can't believe you made so much effort just for me.
There's always something poetic about crushed skulls. But as all of the postures have many possible applications, your explanation doesn’t really add up. The main idea of carrying or throwing a tiger doesn’t make sense. I am with John in this case.
