Not sure they'll ever fix it (and yeah it's definitely an annoying problem), but meanwhile -- if you hit the 'back' button a couple times, it should take you back to your post, which you can then copy to clipboard and paste after re-logging in. Also if I write a long post I usually copy it to clipboard before posting just in case. On this site or any other, actually. Network's a volatile thing...
