Have no idea how you could separate qi from movement...
...What he basically speaks about in the end is not about ciculation of qi, but about breath. He says that he can speak and show form at the same time, so the movement does not depend on a fixed breath pattern. I think he just means to breath naturally and to not force the breath. No need to mystify simple things.
