Haha, no its not japanese ribs... it should be "limbs", one of my teachers told me on he first lesson that i had way to long and tender arms, legs and fingers "How can you ever do a good piercing palm with those fingers? They would break!!! you can never become good at wushu, you beter go home and play with the computer!" obviously i have to long tender fingers to hit the right keys playing with the computer as well...

But talking about ribs, now you made me hungry!

Looks good. I did Long Fist, the Traditional and Wushu stuff for a long time (1992-2003). It def has helped improve my martial arts over all- the stance work, stretch kicks, and the forms demand a ton of stamina and endurance. the pains of the training was worth it. Only one of my teachers of Chang Chuan taught applications of it.
