How can you avoid a PH game to be turned into a wrestling game? When A grabs on B's arms, the wrestling game start and the PH game end.

You may not like to grab on your opponent's arms. But how can you prevent your opponent from grabbing on your arms?

When a clinch has established, can you continue your PH game?
