hehehe... Congratulations man!

But I was just poking fun at you guys, basically because I can't get the discipline enough to do such extended workouts. I only go to my courses and train lightly out of class. I just picked up going on bike to the office. I know, more than I feel, that it's good for me. ;D

JuanA: you gotta kick yourself up the ass and start training every day! Just do five minutes of each element even and build up! Once you start training with a lot of intensity, it will just snowball :)

Look at me. For all intents and purposes I am a fat lazy sloth of a man, but I can still get off my ass and train for a few hours every day. Thank god I can do that lol, because otherwise I wouldn't even be able to keep up to the level of most of the people in Mr.Yang's class (due to my lazy and sloth like nature ;D )

This question is so true. I marvel at folks who train 3-4 hours on a daily basis. I wish I could do that but how the fuck do you take care of things at home? My wife already gives me the "AGAIN?" look everytime I work out for an hour at home.

Not even mentioning work. I do 37.5 to 39 hour/week. I seldomly have the time to train 15 min or over. I do it, none the less and I can't say it's not beneficial.

15 minutes is better than nothing, like Mix said, you start small and build on that.

Right now, I am mostly working on zhuangzhang in different variations. Always after a good session of circle-walking. Started running too, working on a 5K for the end of the Summer.

you wake up earlier and go to bed later. finding 4 hours straight may be hard but finding 4 hours 1 hour or 30 minutes at a time through out the day is not so hard.

get at least 30 to 60 minutes everyday and when you can go for a few hours but do not let it get in the way of family
