on the heels of dales generous contribution of some DDJ to help troy with his back injury, dale agreed to submit a little article on some DDJ fundamentals to my blog.

enjoy!

dude you're doing some nice work putting up this content ashe! keep up the good work. I haven't checked out dale's article yet, but I look forward to it.

from my understanding, the fundamental is to add blood moving herbs. tian-qi aka san-qi aka chuan-qi is especially good for that, from what my doc says.

I found these cool little glass bottles with atomizers (like what lense cleaning fluid comes in, but amber glass) and use them to keep my jow stash from Dale going and going...

i tired that but i brew my own and i don't filter it, so it's quite grainy and it clogs the atomizer.

Hey Dale,
Great article. The jow that Bill gave me...good for chronic stuff or is it better for acutes? Still trying to work through the sciatica, call you soon, bro.

For the record,

I used to not believe in dit da jow as all of the premade stuff I bought sucked donkey balls, even the stuff I bought in China. Then I tried Dale's stuff. It works. I've even seen San Huang San take down swelling from a broken ankle on a 62 year old woman. I highly recommend all of his products.

Excellent article too!

I have burned myself badly 2 or 3 times since I made my San Hua San batch. After liberal applications, I didn't get as much as a blister and within 24 hours I had forgotten it even happened. It's amazing stuff and an absolute must for any kind of Dit Da kit.

I have batches of Dales Jow that 5 and 10 yrs old respectively. Thhey come out of the bottle looking like Ink, not tea. Good stuff.
