Wayne - interesting, I guess that the lady in the video learned from a source of Mantak Chia then.

I guess, though, whatever the device looks like, for women there is no risk of tearing something (as long as it is just inserting something).

From what I understand the main risk of the jade egg is (1) getting it stuck in the vagina and (2) bacterial infections from poor hygiene.

That said, she had the weird skin glow thing that women who practice a lot of qi gung get. So, I'd say she was doing something right.

Ah - that makes sense. Jade seems like a good choice in that sense, but one does have to keep it clean. (The string might be more susceptible to pathogens.)

Weird skin glow - I didn't notice that, I will have to watch it again!

Yeah, it's pretty distinctive when you see it. That said, something about the amount of tension she is using is wrong. She shouldn't have lines on her forehead.
