Thanks for the link.

My teacher quotes from this book as learning how to Fali in every movement is like archery, as it takes time to increase the distance/power (getting all the way out from Dantian to tips of fingers/ or tip of the large saber and then the accuracy, and it's a fun and lifelong practice.

And here's a link to a good thread about the Chinese Thumb Ring, (which is also important for the analogy of Fa (release/ issuing) Li (power) being like releasing the bow string, but with a thumb ring ;) )
