I guess he knows tai chi hahaha. Just for john, there is a little foot trip, too.

This clip shows one of the important footwork in wrestling, the "wheeling step".

You start facing north.

- step in right leg toward north.
- sweep your left leg toward northwest.
- then pull your left leg back (as a wheel) and face south.

You end with to let

- your opponent takes over your original position.
- you take over your opponent's position.

I believe in CMA, it's called "lead your opponent into the emptiness".
I'm still allergy to "push".
