There are various ways of walking with a stick, so to clear up any confusion I was talking about doing it like this:

One does not simply post on RSF.

To apply this to internal martial arts....:

Forces start at the dantien and sink to the ground (internally - there's no big stamp), where the force then appears in the hands instantaneously.

Check out this video of the old man at 1.10 when he sends force down then out to both hands simultaneously. Years of practice there to make it look so minimal and effortless.
