cool old video. would be cool to hear some commentary looking back. I saw "golden rooster stands on one leg" :)

Nice circle sacrifice throw.

Wtf is Pushball? It looks hilarious and fun.

I especially like the stage-diving, body-surfing thing at the end. Who needs a rock concert?

LOL. I saw "Golden Rooster" too! Ha ha. I love seeing these old films. I have an old hardcover edition of the Marine Corps close combat manual "Do or Die" by A.J. Drexel-Biddle. Knife fighting, bayonet fighting, Jiu-jitsu, Savate and Boxing. Looks like this film. Good stuff....

I played pushball a time or two, many years ago, and it is fun. It also teaches some interesting lessons in group cooperation. When the ball is overhead, as shown in the video, even a little contribution on your part can start a trend in favor of your side, and the result is the cumulative result of mostly small inputs. (The idea is to make the ball go in one direction not the other--the other team has the opposite idea.)

I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.

That is a great find! thanks! that may be the training method of Allen C. Smith USA H2H trainer- ju jitsu man
It looks pretty good to me no fat body's there- not like in the current military which has a weight problem..

Allen Smith wrote a series of WWI Ju Jitsu booklets
