Finally, and back to the OP, I hadn't seen the Tactical Pen video before. Thanks for sharing! There was a lot in there that resonated with me, in particular:
- To know how to fight with a tactical pen, you need to know how to fight - Not a good idea to make your pen a primary go-to weapon
For those interested in carrying a tactical pen, but not interested in spending a lot of money, I suggest going to ebay and purchasing an all metal sample pens. I got a couple from a pharmaceutical company that are strong enough to penetrate drywall, and cost 0.99 cents.
These tactical pens are interesting but obviously being sold as the end all be all of SD. I like dude's realistic perspective overall. For me the tactical pen is more useful than a box cutter as to SD seems like it can useful in the right hands that is but not without training.
