Does anyone, from Taiwan especially, have some bio info that they can pass on these masters
(can email me in a PM if you want instead), with data like their birth/death, their past teachers (lineage), styles practiced, bit of history, whatever you got, thanks!

1. Wang Feng-Ting (or Ding) - Northern tai Tzu system

2. Cai Jin-Tian (shuai jiao from Shanghai), teacher of Tong (or Dong) Zhong-yi

3. Dong Jin-Long (or Tong Chin-Lung) - Crane system

4. Sun Zhao-Dang (or Sun Chao-Tang) - Sun Bin, Cha Quan, 6 Harmony, Black Tiger styles

5. Yang Ding-Dong (or Yang Ting-Tung) - Sun Bin

6. Pan Wen-Dou (or Tou) - Shuai Jiao

7. Meng Zhao-Xun (or Meng Chao-Hsun)

8. He Shun-Ding (or Ho Shun-Ting) - tong bei

#10 is Zheng Huaixian, famous disciple of Sun Lutang, who I believe was known more for his Sun style taijiquan, but also practiced the other two (bagua and xingyi). I believe he was based around the Chengdu, Sichuan area.

#7 Meng Zhaoxun was the black tiger master who emigrated to Taiwan (and who was married to Fu Shuyun), right?

#8 He Shunding is the name of a famous disciple of Zheng Huaixian who emigrated to Taiwan; maybe this is a different He Shunding?

Lots of information on the Web about #10 and #7.

Great, thank you.

Not that much info is online on all these people.

Yes, that is the correct He Shunding. Do you know where he emigrated from? I can find videos of him, but not much Biographical.

#10 - Zheng Huixian was a disciple of Sun Lutang --
from what i understand he was only in China -- and wrote many books
both on martial arts and healing -- he was famous as a tui-na doctor and taught at a big university for that later in his life

I know of 2 of his students that came to Taiwan to teach
#8 He Shunding -- tapipei area

and Zhang Shirong -- Tainan area

my teacher was a student of Zhang Shirong

my kungfu uncle wrote some books -- (he was also a student of Zhang Shirong)
he listed a whole bunch of other students that studied with Zheng Huixian that came over to taiwan
but I have had no luck finding more information on them

I have seen lots of video of He Shunding
and its about the same as we practice

we call it sun pai san he yi (sun style 3 in 1)
bagua, xingyi, taiji

but our taiji is not what is known as sun style taiji
it is a yang style form

this is chang shi rong doing the basic practice of the form
