yes, and also, as you grow older and more experienced in your job
you can also be burdened with more difficult and time-consuming task
that takes away more of your time and mental attention from ma training.

in having and keeping a job, basically one is exchanging ones time for money.
i think unless one is able to have some form of income with control of one's time
it is very difficult to devote prolonged and consistent training regime.

well if you are training like an old and infirm person that just makes it worse. Make the time you have count and don't dilute the quality of your training by trying to do a million forms.

Bagua Tuei, designed to train specifically the four limbs, also known as the “Four Element Fist”. This is the second Bagua form in Liu Yun-Qiao’s Bagua system. There are total of 17 different kind of kicks in this form. This is a considerable difficult form to train; but once proficient with it, one can benefit from this form tremendously. WuTan NJ coach Mei hates this form!
