If you add a kick (or kicks combo) in front of each drill in the following list, you will create a Sanda form as: kick (or kicks), punch, punch, punch, kick (or kicks), punch, punch, punch, ...

1. jab, cross
2. jab, cross, hook
3. jab, hook, cross
4. jab, hook, uppercut
5. jab, uppercut, cross
- ...

Will this make Sanda simple and easy to learn?
