Good skills, clearly demonstrated. Mr. Fitzgerald demonstrates one of the frw performances of the Zheng Manqing form that I like. Thanks for posting this.

Yeah, there are a lot of familiar CMC exercises. Lots of "daruma doll." Brings back fond memories.
