5am getting up, have a glas of warm water
5.30 -7.30 train in the dance room of the sports club
then breakfast, reading, RSFing (much too late today)
9.30 - 11 sitting, daoyin, ground work, additional stuff (ruler, ball, long pole)
11.30 early lunch
have a nap
14-18 garden work, or translating when bad weather
supper
some TV (animal planet's apes, I love) or PC work
bed at 22
