another good vid came to me from "the algorithm", the universal tao of youtube. very good descriptions. first build the bucket instead of having a colander. then you can try to let the bucket fill. it's better than "sink qi" as an esoteric sounding idea that takes you to linguistics, fascia, philosophy, culture, and all sorts of red herrings you can read or let the monkey mind ponder endlessly to no avail.
