For some reason a similar phrase about "growing old from the legs up" got stuck in my head when I first started Tai Chi and my legs shook after long form practice, and it inspired me to keep going and practice harder.

It s weird
I admire taichi Chen but
it seems that taichi IS not very subtle by this trash training and even personnality of master Chen Zhao kui not super spiritual. Very emotive but not very High spiritual level it s like a normal west boxer testimony .
