Some thoughts concerning the mind

Often people ask about where they should put their mind, it should not be on ones self, the other or on the contact point…the writings of the Zen Master,
talks in terms of sword practice, in principle the same idea for the same reasons expressed in taiji...

The practice of taiji helps free ones mind, and body.

通常人們會問他們應該把意念放在哪裡,意念不應該在自己,他人或者接觸點上……禪宗大師談論劍道心法的文章,
原則上就是基於同樣的原因提出類似的想法。 太極的練習釋放人的意念、思想和身體。

To speak in terms of your own martial art, when you first notice the sword that is moving to strike you, if you think of meeting that sword just as it is, your mind will stop at the sword in just that position, your own movements will be undone, and you will be cut down by your opponent.

This is what stopping means.

就兵法而言,於眼劍來之剎那,若心有以劍攻防之意,則心為彼劍所滯,身心失念,即被斬殺,此稱心有所住。

Good read,,,use it to help explain, the idea of no-mind

The rest of your comments simply reiterate what I said in my last post, as if you didn't even read it, and you're now telling me something I don't already know. :-\

I read it, I especially liked your conclusion, the last lines.

However, I wrote in a hurry and didn't really think about if I repeated something or not. And it was absolutely not meant as a way to lecture you sir. Again, I just wrote fast and didn't think much about it.

Thank you for letting me know your thoughts and explaining how you appreciated what I wrote.

Yes, sir. Thanks for clarifying. It's all good. :)
