All Surviving Internal Martial Arts Schools in NYC?

Postby leewanwang on Sat Feb 25, 2023 2:48 pm

Hello all. Since COVID happened, many schools shut down. Is there a directory (or even Google Map) of all active or open Chinese Martial Arts schools in the 5 boroughs of NYC? Especially interested in Queens training grounds. Hopefully folks can get back to me as I am at the end of my rope trying to find answers.

Good grief, Jason! Alex certainly deserves a better testimonial than "you could do a lot worse than...". I hope he wasn't too offended. :o

All of my teachers would have kicked you to the curb for a comment like that. ::)

Oh Gary Bear, he's not quite that precious about things generally. :)

But I figured you were all tired of my constant gushing praise of the guy.

He's amazing. Best I've ever met. Read from one of the books almost every day.

Last time I saw him he told me I was horrible, but bad as I am I was still probably better than 2/3 of the people I'd run into.

One of these days I aspire to be so bad I'm better than 4/5ths!

Haha! What a hoot! ;D

Good luck with that, my friend, and may The Force be with you. ;)
