So much I’d like to say
So much undergrowth to hack thru
Let me just say don’t worry about the breath and u will be fine
Unless your teacher tells u otherwise
We use 4 types can you guess what they are
Don't put power into the form let it naturally arise from the form

Breathing with the punch has some obvious benefits
It adds explosive power to what you do
Helps with endurance in a fight & Helps keep you calm relaxed.

Agree with you 100% on this. During the

- beginner level training, you combine Qi and body.
- advance level training, you let your mind to control your Qi and body.
Crow weep in the dark. Tide bellow in the north wind. How lonesome the world.

I agree 100% :)

Can you guess why?
Because, I have not in any way suggested for you "Wayne” to do anything.
From what I read of your posts, whether you hack thru the undergrowth
or don't hack thru, you gonna be okay with me Wayne.

Did you feel a difference?

Another good test can be:

Your opponent throws a powerful roundhouse kick at your chest. You block his roundhouse kick while

1. hold your breath.
2. inhale.
3. exhale.

My last post was a general comment not directed at anyone
I think it was Bao who said not to worry about the breath I was just agreeing
If u are relaxed your breath will follow your movement
My first Wu teacher would take an hour to do the square form
It was a workout
Fast and slow mean as much to me these days as hard and soft
My form just IS
Don't put power into the form let it naturally arise from the form

--4 throw ten punches on the heavy bag, while completing one breath cycle - In, 2, 3, 4, 5, Out 2, 3, 4, 5

And see how THAT feels
