Thats nice, but I don't see the difference. Our personalities and methods of learning spring from the neurological systems. I stand by mt statement until you can explain to me how I might be wrong.


i got that (slightly paraphrased) from a guy named gray cook. gray is a VERY sought after PT and S&C guy. he works with guys like navy SEALS and NFL players. interested peeps can check out his website here. the quote in question is buried in an episode of the strengthcoach.com podcast, so i'll have to listen to all the episodes again before i can cite my reference because i don't remember which one it appeared in. so... long story short, you'll have to give me a couple days to find it.
