I had similar experiences when doing the TSTXY neigung work. Very Yang, very agressive. I found myself looking at people as enemies and wearing black and red hakamma with shoulder pads

I think the best advice I can give is this:

every time you train you grow. as you grow you experience new effects and sensations. NEVER try to repeat an experience, you'll prevent yourself from growing (don't try to look forward to feeling this again) - rather, you should begin your training with "I wonder what I'll experience today?" instead of "I hope I experience that again". That way as your body develops further you allow it to grow to new experiences.
