I'm very interested to internal methods of XYLHQ.
In particular, is Zhan Zhuang a common neigong method of XYLHQ?
Thanks a lot,

Hi Neijin, unfortunately Dr Yan has been banned (hopefully temporarily) - but he is aware of the question and will answer when he is allowed back on :)

Thanks Nick,
I will wait the end of the banning :-)!
Are you studying Xin Yi with him?

Nah, I study Wu Style Tai Chi, which I find is giving me all I need :). I am doing the basics of the Pear Flower Spear (theoretically the source spear for XYLHQ) along with another student, as so much of spear systems require 2 man work, but I have no particular interest in Xin Yi outside of that.

I started with Chen Tai Chi and some years later with Xin Yi. Now I prefer to concentrate on Xin Yi for the same reasons: It contains, as Tai Chi, all you need!
