What do you guys think of this?

This guy studied from Wang Haoda before he passed and I took some training with him in Shanghai while I was there. He calls this Embryotic Neigong/Taiji.

Well, he told me before he started this he was very very ill. He says it dispells/evacuates "Han Qi", damp internal qi and builds clean qi. In addition, created incredible root, qi and blood. He doesn't know much about forms training or applications but he has developed, how can I say, a huge fullness of qi and blood.

He practices this about 2 hours a day every day.

He's using gravity to generate downward pressure which he said all the damp qi will exit through the feet. He showed me his feet and how it looks.

I don't care for the posture, too tight looking to me, but if it helps him get healthier then great. It may be a fantastic qigong but that can only really be experienced for yourself.

Looks tight but is indeed not. He's very relaxed (unless you mean tight as compact).

it looks like some form of chi gong but it seems broken in places, which makes it start to look a little bit like snake oil. I honestly don't know what to make of it.
The point . is absolute

I would mention that I spoke to Jarek Szymanski in Shanghai once and he mentioned about a Taoist exercise that this reminded him of (IIRC).
