...at, I think, 1.38, one version of the Single. The other techniques BKF is showing here are either core moves of the Eight Changes, or mixed versions of them, or full ones of the Eight occasionally, before he and Sam Masich have their show.

At its simplest, the Single Change is a horizontal power-application, but that really is just the simplest base of it. This is continued as ABC from the training in horizontal power and change in the circle-walking. The Single should have small vertical powers in it, but the real journey into combining the both with the other opposite forces comes with the Double, which focuses a whole lot more on increasing and understanding vertical power.

I looked for other versions of the Single that looked solid, but couldn´t find any. Anyone have anything else?
