I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.

It's nice to see some real sword work without all the "the swords are never supposed to touch" baloney you get in most CMA.

looks like fun.

what I don't like about it - letting the guard down immediately after scoring a hit. just because you tag someone doesn't mean they can't tag you back.

anyway, looks like good training.
