hi all,

Alex has just let me know that his new book has been released. here is the rundown.

This unique book, the first ever published in the English language on the famous Ziranmen system, will be available in a limited edition of 500 copies. Alex Kozma was the first student of Dr. Serge Augier, a modern day Taoist adept and renowned internal boxer, and this book is the result of years of training and research by the author with his teacher. New and in-depth information about Ziranmen is presented, detailing fighting skills, history, neigong, healing, Taoist meditation, and more.

Wan Lai Shan's original Chinese writings on his teachers and Taoist martial arts has been translated and included in this volume, plus the experiences of other lineage disciples in Wan's lineage. Training methods, fighting strategy, and the unique internal practices of Ziranmen are revealed, showing the depth and no-nonsense pragmatic applications of this ancient method.

210 pages, fully illustrated. £20 plus £5 postage.

Please email Mike K on [email protected] for information on payments, shipping etc.

I havent recieved a copy yet, but i know Alex has worked extremely hard on this book and it is loaded with very practical and useful information on Internal Martial Arts Practice in General.

Cheer
