Hi Jerry- you still want to hit the bag with power and speed, just dont push your punches- snap them.

the first three drills done on the Lifeline gym:

10x
5/5 assisted pistols
15 body weight rows (body dead striaght)
5 chest flyes
5/5 one leg calf raise off a step

been doing this at the beach with the lifeline suspended from the railing of the boardwalk above, muy nice.

-go mad with terror
-pray he eats you first
