online tai chi or qigong, esp for seniors?

is there a good online tai chi or qigong class, especially for seniors with less mobility, zero interest in MA, interest in balance and exercise and maybe for mental health (memorization seems helpful)? US ET or CT hours? checking for my mom, although maybe I'd take it with her as well.

Dr. Yang Yang is at least credible, having studied with Feng Zhiqiang and later gone on to get his PhD in kinesiology from the University of Illinois.

Thanks. I’ve ended up trying to convince her to do baduanjin, but she does bits and pieces of other things.

This is an old thread but I've got a few online courses going if you're still interested. The qigong course should be fine for your mother as long as she can stand for 10-15 mins.

All teachings are from Serge Augier's Da Xuan tradition of Daoism.

Wives have a high difficulty level, too. Not sure which is harder.
