Teachers in Hunan Province, Lixian county

My good friend and training partner has just moved to Hunan Province, Lixian county, China to teach English. He lives just outside the town of Lixian. As of now, he will be there for at least a year. Can anyone recommend a good CMA teacher in the area? I don't think particular style matters much, just quality of instruction.
