Strangely I find myself in dc. I'm looking for anyone who is good and within walking distance of the metro. Particularly looking for a good grappling instructor ( Jiu jitsu, western rules, Chinese, whatever).

I can punch okay. I'm looking for someone who can teach me how to restrain, choke and throw well.

Probably beta academy in dc. Close to metro. Nakapan used to do kung fu then transitioned to muay thai, mma and bjj. He is a champ in all three.

Google beta martial arts. He is a cool guy and smart. He is a CPA, a very hard test to pass.
