Recommendations for Fresno area?

I have a friend who is a prison guard at Coalinga in the Central Valley. He is looking to lose weight and learn how to use his body better. I found these people in Fresno. Can anyone provide feedback or have any alternate recommendations? If there is anything worth a damn closer to Hanford/Visalia that would be great too as Fresno is an hour's drive for him.

Chan Family Choy Lee Fut is located in downtown Fresno, (Tower district).
The school offers kung fu, Lohan chi gung, cardio and fight training classes. If your friend were looking for Chinese martial arts this is the school I would recommend. I tried a lot of different schools in the Fresno area before settling there.
