Hello, I'd like to maintain a 'cool post count' of 108 posts. This particular post has gone beyond that number and has therefore expired.

I'm sorry if you were looking for some old information but I'll do my best to answer you if you send me a DM with a question in it.

That is a very kind offer! (Tainan is of course very far for most of us...) Also, congratulations on opening your school.

It might be helpful to open a website for your school.

Mystery Experience
There were a few meals together, many photos taken together, a very nice framable 2 page document stating my evaluation. Overall the thing that changed the most was my personal relationship with my sifus (as well as experiencing internal effects from teaching and hearing many long and shall we say, ahem, similar sounding lectures, but I view this as not as special and magical as I expected, now that I have experienced it). I visited their home many times, sometimes to help out with the computer, or have a meal. They are very nice and our relationship is definitely one I am happy with in a traditional as well as modern sense.

So, I don't feel any different. There is an impetus to work hard and promote the art that didn't exist before. And I can see that other people who do what we do may do it somewhat differently (if you know what I mean) and now that I am an authority on the matter, I have lost all desire to criticize people or correct them online which is weird. I always thought that once I knew the truth (*and there are many interesting things now which have been confirmed for me, but I digress) I would have a field day on rumsoakedfist ;-) But now I realize those were the golden days, I only argued with people online because I didn't know what I was talking about and I was trying to figure it out. As it turns out I was right -- because I'm a badass kungfu master -- but that was just luck at the time. I am finally humble enough to admit that now.

Now I am moving back to Taiwan so you have seen less of me and will see less in the future as I have more responsibilities at home. But I hope if anyone is in Taiwan they will come visit me and we can watch some kungfu movies together :)

I am pleased to announce that I will be traveling to Canada and touring a few cities -- Toronto, Winnipeg, Calgary, and possibly Vancouver.

If anyone is interested, especially in Toronto and Winnipeg as I will be spending the most time there, I urge you to contact me here so we can meet up and train together.

I am one of the 4th generation of the Wu Yi Jie He system, and my specialty is in Tai Chi. I will be joined by 5th generation master Hu Kehan (and possibly Hu Kewei as well, to be confirmed,) so do not miss this unique opportunity to train with us!

Instruction is free if you have something to share! For example we would appreciate to learn Wing Chun. The goal is to meet people from rumsoakedfist and make friends.

For more information please contact me by posting here or in private message.
