Teaching Pre-TJQ material, great for experienced TJQ practitioners who wish to learn and understand the roots of the movements and postures of Old Chen and Old Yang styles,
augmenting not only one's knowledge but also one's skills.
Teaching;
Shaolin Rou Quan Gong material that is the roots of Chen Silk Reeling, such as Chan Yuan Gong and Louhan 13 Postures Gong,
Also the Shaolin TaiZhu Chang Quan, Monkey-Ape Quan, and Xie Quan sets that are the framework for the old Chen TJQ Laojia set.
And Shaolin 36 posture Rou Quan sets that connect to Old Chan (Pre- Chen Fake) and Old Yang (Pre-Yang ChengFu).
After that, Old Yang 108 Laojia set is taught, along with Old Chen Laojia set.
