Tom,

I will be posting pictures this weekend after I teach my first class in the new location.

Dave C. Look forward to hearing how the students adapt or not so much to the KB's.

Love em, though I like my weighted vest as well.

I plan to promote the KBs separately from my MA classes. They will be a separate but related endeavor. I'll eventually offer individual training in them and sell them through the school.

BTW, how do you do it? Are they part of your classes to some extent. how does that work?

thanks,
Dave C.

I teach how to use them to train Wai Gong structure outside of class.

I have brought students to my house and showed how to walk the 9 palace poles with the bells racked as well as overhead and farmers walk.

Add a 60 pound weight vest and it is all the better.

But these things are taught separately outside of class itself.

Yeah, in terms of MA I think they're best done outside of class. But I'm thinking of running a KB class like a KB gym ala Art of Strength. I expect my students will see the KBs and ask what they are and how to use them.

Thanks,
Dave C.
