Is there anyone on this forum that lives in Changchun. I'm trying to locate kungfu schools there.

Ask your teacher for an introduction to someone there - he must know Huo Qingyun's people. You might find some Cheng Yougong successors after you arrive.

Shenquan (on this board) knows Huo Qingyun's son, but he hasn't logged in for 6 months.
