Internal Chinese Martial Arts Course
In order to let IMA lovers to understand more about IMA, we are opening a Internal Martial Arts course which will include Tai Chi Quan, Yiquan, and Ba Gua Zhang. Tai Chi will be the first section.

Tai Chi Quan:
Tai Chi Quan is one of the three famous Chinese internal martial arts. The ancients combine the mediation of Taoism and combat techniques at that time to be a martial art system, called Tai Chi Quan. It is a martial arts system that proved for its health benefits as well as its self-defence techniques.
Students who finish the course are able to join the course of “Yiquan” and “Ba gua Zhang”, in order to have a whole picture in internal Chinese Martial Arts.

Tai Chi Quan Course Content:
Zhuang(Posture), Tai Chi First Form, Pushing Hands application.
