Style - Sil Lum/Hung - Black Tiger

Includes - Fundamental strength and endurance development / Sil Lum Basics / "Empty Hand" Sets / Weapon Sets (no flexible or thrown weapons shown)

While this is fairly traditional training, there are modern additions to the core system that speak to the lifestyles and needs of today.
You will also have the opportunity to learn taichi from my training partner should you so desire. Taichi will be separate from core training.

hey mix, we played the cameron house in downtown to the other night with a group from cambridge opening for us.

skinny was that maybe we'll head out yoru way and play a couple of th uni's out there. I'll drop you a line here if it's a go, where's and whens and such.
