As that thread also recommends George Wood I will say you will do yourself a grave injustice to miss his teachings.

George is mos'def qualified but he is way out in Sterling Va. there is no metro out there but one is being built to get to the Dulles airport in next few years.

DCrasta is looking for metro accessible training which probably he is better off with Liu xiaoling the Wudang Longmen guy in Silver Spring.

dont let the wushu stuff scare you off, he is a disciple in the Fu bagua system. Veria is very close to a metro station.
