Budo Tanren (Martial Body Skills) - Seattle 6/8/2024

We're considering an afternoon workshop to review budo tanren (martial bodyskills) and how they apply to aikido and aikijujutsu on Saturday June 8th at Aikido Seattle. If you're interested please let us know! We'll be reviewing material from the Aunkai (Minoru Akuzawa) and Sangenkai (Dan Harden) paradigms as well as what we've found over the last 15 years working on these skills and strategies. Exactly what we cover will depend on who is there and their backgrounds but this would be a great entry point interested in this kind of training as well as a refresher for people who may have attended some seminars in the past but may not train with a group that focuses on this kind of training.
