been reading his book on baguazhang neigong exercises passed down from Li Zi Ming. Great book, great explanations.

No this one has 8 basic palms for circle walking. No changes or MA focus.
But it has a good amount of neigong theory (channels etc) for a neijia book (but not much for a TCM one I suppose).
And some good instructions on stepping.
