I hear Ken was dispensing wisdom to our West Coast brethren, how did it go?

it was really good. I just wish he had more time! he got me thinking about my kua, which has really added a new feel to my forms. and the sledgehammer exercises are awesome.

The sledgehammer exercises are golden. They have become a regular part of my strength training routine.

The kua work is difficult replicating. But my mind is in my kua in my five fists, so we will see where it leads. It was great that he taught "cross platform" so that it is applicable to any of the so called three sisters.

And the evening of beers was memorable for some epic story telling.

I'll be out again on my way to Taiwan later this year, so I hope we can get a chance to do more. Thanks for the kind words. And beer.

Yep, thanks for fixing my alignment, dr. fish! :)

more beer awaits you if you come again... if there's no daughter next time, we hit the venerable Toronado for beer and sausages.

Did you manage to meet Malak? He's in SF now.
