MaGui BaGuaZhang - Seminars in Victoria and Montreal

Andrea Falk will be teaching in Victoria on September 28th, 2008. The seminar is part of a continuous serie so old timers and newcomers are welcome. Seminar are at Centennial Park. Contact Andrea for more info or check her website : http://www.maguibagua.net.

She is also starting to go more regularly to Montreal. Seminars are planned on October 5th and December 7th. Their will also be a training session each week for members of the Montreal group (without Andrea ). October 5th seminar will be from 9:30 to 2:30 PM, it will happen at Quebec Wushu. Cost by seminar is 50$.

Topics will include at least an hour of circle-walking, muscle tendon changing, 88 form training and whatever she wants to cover. Prepare to sweat. Or has they say in Japan: :'
