- 1 March 2014 - "Keep Balance" - pushing hands sparring seminar in Warsaw, Poland

- 7-9 March 2014 - seminar in Kiev, Ukraine

- 13-16 March 2014 - seminar in Athens, Greece

- 1-4 May 2014 - spring intensive course in Warsaw, Poland

- 4 May 2014 - "You Can Fight" - light contact tui duan shou and san shou sparring seminar in Warsaw, Poland

- 17-20 May 2014 - seminar in Florence, Italy

- 29 May - 1 June 2014- seminar in The Hague, The Netherlands

- 14 June 2014 - "Stand Up Challenge" - full contact san shou sparring tests

- 19-22 June 2014 - Weapons (Stick & Staff) seminar

- 21 June 2014 - Weapons sparring seminar

- approximately 27-30 June 2014 - master Yao Chengguang's seminar in Kiev, Ukraine

- 5 July - 2 August 2014 - a series of summer intensive courses in Warsaw, Poland

- 3-9 August 2014 - summer course focusing on health cultivating methods of yiquan in Warsaw, Poland,

- 10-31 August 2014 - time for individually arranged courses for those who cannot come for the main summer courses in July (but also organizing some seminars in other countries is possible at that time),

- approximately 10-25 September 2014 - training with master Yao Chengguang in Beijing, China.

- all year long at times when there are no other seminars - individually arranged courses of any length in Warsaw, Poland.
