Thanks guys! I'm planning to really get into the nitty-gritty of developing powerful strikes from non-fixed positions, should be a lot of fun!

Just a note for anyone who's thinking of coming who hasn't been to one of our seminars before - the work is all very much hands on, there's no archaic terminology or me standing around talking at you for an hour. You will be taken through a series of progressive drills and exercises that will develop your ability to hit hard from a "floating" position. We will also have some time to see how this works on a practical level.

My simple aim is to make sure you can more efficiently and effectively when you go out than when you came in.
